Mark has an in-depth knowledge of residential block management having worked in the industry for 12 years in senior positions. He has set and approved many complex service charge budgets and final year end accounts ensuring full consultation with leaseholders; making certain that residents know exactly what they are paying for and why. Extensive knowledge of efficiently managing buildings including completing many complex major works projects on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of residents. Mark's priorities are ensuring that the buildings containing resident's homes are safe, welcoming environments which are compliant with leaseholder legislation and best practice, whilst taking a consultative approach with homeowners.
Verity has an in-depth knowledge of Human Resources and is experienced in managing complex employment transfers, working with several managing agents. She ensures Development Managers have the training, skills and experiences to make them effective managers. Empowerment of Development Managers and clear communication is key to successful working relationships. Verity is experienced in management of asset requirements and H&S compliance across differing portfolios; ensuring timely servicing and completion of fire and H&S risk assessments. She has been in the industry for 14 years, having held various senior roles.
Stacey joins Lancaster Brooks with 5 years experience on the financial side of block management. Her experience includes producing the annual service charge accounts for developments of varying size and complexity, producing financial reports for customers and clients, undertaking effective and timely credit control, and ensuring that correct and accurate financial information is received from other managing agents at handover.
Our Development Managers are an essential part of our team. They provide an efficient and professional service to homeowners and residents at our independent retirement living developments. They ensure a safe and well-kept environment, whilst maintaining high standards of health and safety. Development Managers are the main point of contact for homeowners and residents as the onsite member of the Lancaster Brooks team.
