Established by Mark Lancaster and Verity Brooks, they have over 25 years combined industry experience in residential block management and are specialists in managing private leasehold developments and houses, including independent retirement living.

We are based in Weston-super-Mare and Wimborne. This allows us to provide property management services across Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, South Wales, Somerset, Dorset and Hampshire.
