· My Account allows you to view your service charge invoices and obtain a statement of your account
· Receive notices and messages that we publish regarding your development
· Report any problems that you may be encountering with your building
· Access key documents e.g. service charge accounts, budgets
· Set preferences so that, for example, you can receive your service charge invoices electronically and obtain email updates regarding your development.
